It’s been a long haul with this one … too long, but at long last Modular is going to press. All the dots are dotted, all the Ts are crossed, and all the details have been checked, double checked, triple check, revised, and checked again. Sending something like this to press can be a nerve-racking experience, but I’m happy to say we’ve finally crossed the line. Big thanks to Olympus Press for sticking with us through the whole project, and for providing invaluable advice every step of the way. In fact, I’ll be down in their shop almost all day tomorrow to be on the press check for all this … then foil stamping, then binding, then stuffing, and then shrink-wrapping, and then a huge bottle of champagne.

I’ll be taking photos of the different steps of the process and posting them here, in the next few days. Can’t wait to actually hold this thing, it’s going to weigh a ton.
